The Loop 8 collects only what you give us: your Snapshot answers, your email address, and your phone number and enquiry details if you share them. We use them to send your result, reply to you and, together with other people's answers, understand how advertising is changing. We never publish anything that identifies you, never sell your information and don't sign you up to marketing. We use no cookies or trackers.

Service providers host the site, store the data and send email for us, some outside the UK and EU under standard legal safeguards. We keep contact details for 24 months after our last contact, and answers for market analysis, apart from your contact details.

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information, or object to how we use it, through the contact form. You can also complain to your data protection authority. Our legal basis is providing what you asked for, and our legitimate interest in replying and understanding the market.
